My capacity for the Modern Aging site was to build out the site from design comps. I worked closely with the designer to ensure the final product met the needs and expectations of the client. Development was completed using a custom WordPress theme I built using Bootstrap ported to Sass which worked awesome! I had never used Sass and Bootstrap together before so it was a bit of an experiment. Post launch I was brought on again to build a syndicator to automatically pull content from the client’s main site and publish it the Modern Aging site. To achieve this I developed a custom plugin which leveraged WP REST API and WP Cron to scan the main site for new content daily and re-publish.
